The Neural Ascension Project grew out of a simple frustration — most coaching treats symptoms. I wanted to understand the root signal: why the body holds onto fat under stress, why movement patterns break down, why the same protocol works for one person and fails another.

The answer kept pointing back to the nervous system. HRV, vagal tone, cortisol rhythms, gut-brain axis — these aren't fringe concepts. They're the operating system. NAP is the interface.
